Introduction

Lumbini Technological University successfully organized a one-day workshop for faculty members on “Research Practices and Publication Strategies in Higher Studies: From Ideas to Impact.” The workshop aimed to equip faculty members with essential research methodologies, publication strategies, and systematic review techniques to enhance research culture and scholarly contributions in higher education.

Dr. Shahi explained the editorial and peer-review processes, including manuscript submission, reviewer feedback, revisions, and acceptance criteria.

A special session was dedicated to systematic review techniques, where participants were guided on how to conduct a structured review of research articles effectively.
