Capacity Building and Career Development Training Successfully Conducted for Teachers and Staffs

The Research, External Relations and Knowledge Dissemination Center (RERKDC), Lumbini Technological University (LTU) successfully organized a three-day Capacity Building and Career Development Training for teachers and staff members from 29th to 31st Jestha, 2083, at the Senate Hall, Central Office of LTU.
The training program was conducted with financial support from the University Grants Commission (UGC), Nepal, aiming to enhance professional competencies, strengthen institutional capacity, and foster career development among university personnel.
The program brought together faculty members and administrative staff from various schools, institutes, and administrative units of the university. Participants actively engaged in interactive sessions, discussions, practical exercises, and knowledge-sharing activities designed to improve professional skills, workplace effectiveness, leadership capacity, communication, teamwork, and institutional performance.
Throughout the training, resource persons shared valuable insights and practical approaches to professional development, enabling participants to strengthen their capabilities and contribute more effectively to the university’s academic and administrative excellence. The training also provided a platform for collaboration, experience sharing, and networking among participants.
University officials emphasized the importance of continuous learning, capacity enhancement, and professional growth in achieving quality education and effective institutional governance.
