Introduction

The Institute of Engineering and Information Technology (IEIT) of LTU aims to become a prominent educational institution in Nepal with a specific focus on promoting engineering and information technology education in the country. The IEIT plans to launch undergraduate and graduate courses in different engineering disciplines such as civil, mechanical, agriculture, automobile, electrical and electronics, and industrial engineering, among others. Likewise, besides undergraduate courses in IT, the IEIT plans to launch specialized graduate courses on cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing,
among others. Among other courses, IEIT has been running B. Tech. in civil Engineering from this academic year 2080.
